It doesn't matter if you pay on time they will keep on sending violations for parking on grass, when the entire parking lot/ trailer park is sinking and no real parking. They will rob you of your money and not safe for children. Junkies crawl the neighborhood at night. Your stuff will get stolen. Strongly recommend not living here. You will be taken advantage of. But don't take my word for it.

I was a newly separated single mom with ZERO knowledge of mobile homes, but made a purchase & found the community to place my house. Gwenda the on-site property manager & Mark the general manager are incredible people. They work w/ you, look out for you, give you information, give you chances to keep your lot & home up to lease standards -example: I broke my ankle & had issues w/ my lawn mower so my grass was much longer than it should have been. Gwenda was understanding & patient w/ me & I was not cited or charged. The location is near I-35, an easy commute to New Braunfels, Schertz/Cibolo & North San Antonio. The community does not have amenities that are becoming popular in other parks & apartment complexes, but that is fairly reflectedin their affordable lot rents. There is also a gorgeous community park less than 1 minutes drive away. I am so grateful to have found a place to put my home & feel that Gwenda & Mark have been on my team EVERY step of the way! I would honestly give more than 5 stars if I could.

I came to drop off a delivery and there was a man there attempting to direct traffic but he was very rude and mean and wasn't explaining what was going on. I was almost late delivering my order and he was there when I was trying to leave again.
