Seems like nice people but this place looks like a junk yard of trailers. Many years ago it was one of the nicest gated community for mobile homes in Santa Ana pretty much all the residents moved out after the city became unsafe to live. In all honesty I never recommend them due to depreciation and not owning land might as well rent or own a house if you can.
May 16, 2023 · Jimmy VilaManager is very clear that she favors some residents over others, I have had encounters with the managers both the lady and the man where I have been asked to move for parking or waiting on the side for no more than 5 min but I have seen others do it on a daily basis also been falsely accused of actions that are not even true, have been approached very rudely at some points while visiting, absolutely no parking for visitors they seem to be taken by the residents because manager can’t seem to give anyone that lives there parking that they need and get spots taken from them with no explanation other than they need it back., manager also refuses to give the corporate manager’s number when asked for it to get answers since she’s almost never available or in office when needed.Also came to find out management owns at least 5 cars in the parking area and use residents parking for their own cars.
