Leisure Lake Mobile Home Park Reviews
We've lived at Leisure Lake Village for over 13 years and know this place well, but WHO IS BOB BETTIS, who wrote such a wrong description? He has never lived here since we arrived. How can someone who has never lived here know anything about the current management style? What he wrote is an out-and-out lie. Why do that? What DOES happen is that, like all communities, there are a few troublemakers who stir up problems for themselves, mostly by not knowing the park rules or the laws governing mobile home parks, and/or by flaunting those rules/laws and bringing problems on themselves. And these are a great minority--90% of our residents are quiet, intelligent, law-abiding, nice neighbors, who find it a pleasure to live in this beautiful place. Repeat: there is NO MANAGEMENT HARASSMENT and the rules are applied consistently! Our manager, MiLinnda, is friendly, helpful, respectful, professional and legally aware. We're lucky to have her as our manager. Also, the park meets the affordable housing criteria that's so important for seniors. Yes, lots of new homes are replacing the older ones, so it's in transition and will have its underground piping, etc., all replaced in 2021 (which is happening to all California parks under the law), after which the streets will be paved anew. (My husband Ernesto, a GSMOL Regional Manager, joins me in saying "FIVE STARS!")

Jun 22, 2023 · Jeromie Millicanthe current manager of leisure lake mobile home park does NOT treat all residents the same. when she feels like it she will single out and target a resident which she will harass and make the homeowner uncomfortable enough to where the homeowner will put his/her house on the market because they feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable in their own home. she will send people onto her targeted residents property to snoop and take pictures even look into residents garbage cans the manager herself is a hypocrite she doesnt follow the rules she herself tries to enforce
Jul 03, 2020 · Bob BettisNice mobile home park for seniors; pretty well maintained and if one likes a country atmosphere, which I do, a bucolic location close to cows and horses. Lynch Creek runs just across the road. Redwing blackbirds nest there in the Spring. One needs a car to get groceries and other shopping.
Dec 22, 2018 · Sybal JanssenThe streets are crumbling to dust and rules seem to be applied to each home owner inconsistently. Clayton has an exclusive agreement to build here but I think they are very sloppy and their attention to detail is poor (2 Stars for Clayton). But, this is a rent controlled park, so....
