★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1potholes on almost every street. These are coming up on almost 2 months with no fix in sight. Ridiculous for how much they want to charge people in rent andhow much they like to issue warnings to homeowners on every little thing they can.
August 01 · Juan ReyesNice, quiet neighborhood with a real sense of peace. The community feels safe and respectful, and the management genuinely looks out for the residents. Maintenance issues are handled promptly, and the grounds are kept clean and well-maintained.
June 04 · Jason JacobsOver the past year, I have noticed significant improvements in the management of our community. Amy has shown a genuine care for the residents and their well-being. She consistently demonstrates a willingness to work with residents in a fair and reasonable manner, fostering a sense of trust and collaboration. Her efforts have contributed to a more positive and supportive atmosphere in the park, and I truly appreciate the dedication she brings to her role.
December 26 · Karen OnusbsThis place is pretty good but some yards and mobile homes are messy,, lot rent is high but not terrible
May 12 · FEITW MIWIAMobile home parks are rapidly going downhill. They literally look like the junkyard of communities. There is no pride of ownership, there’s tons of homeless pets roaming around to include children and full diapers with no shoes on. It’s really depressing. and they have their nerve to charge so much money per month to rent there fallen down collapsing property
