You can say the rents are high but I could not get an apartment in the area for the amount I pay so I wouldn’t agree. They do allow us to have pets. It is a nice safe family oriented park. The management is wonderful. They are on top of everything and extremely helpful. I will never move (I hope).

They have contracted a towing company named “Black on Black towing” I was parked and had to unload a few things, out of no where a towing truck comes out and tries to take my truck. I was parked no more than 20 minutes. During that time I saw 2 other tow trucks passing by looking for their next victims. I know that we’re not supposed to leave our cars outside but they don’t provide us with enough parking. They need to add more parking!!! Be careful everyone. Management needs to step up and change up everything. If you have a good amount of cars please don’t live here.

She had it in for the people I stayed with briefly last year and took it out on ANYONE she saw at that space by way of having cars (mine included) towed, ticketed etc..She had mine towed from An overflow parking spot even though I had my disabled person placard clearly displayed and they only have ONE handicap parking space for approximately 217 spaces. All my medication was in the vehicle and it was 2 days before I could get a ride to the next town over where the tow-yard is. She refused to reimburse me the towing fee after DMV said it was an unlawful tow! Even the tow yard waived the storage fee and said I’d have to get a reimbursement from her. I have video of her telling me anytime I parked anywhere other than the handicap in HER trailer park she would have me towed because the people I was staying there with lived there “illegally” therefore we had NO RIGHTS! This would have been a reasonably comfortable place to live considering the location and few amenities if not for this wretched park manager and her horrible attitude and lack of any kind of empathy or moral compass. If you dont fit the typical average American stereotype and/ or are different in any type of way, I highly suggest finding somewhere else to seek long term ownership of your home.

But I did and that was about 6 months ago and I really like it here, I like my neighbors I like everything about this place there's no issues with internet I haven't seen anything to lead me to believe that there's any gang activity, everybody seems really nice, my neighbors and the management. I personally would recommend this place to my family and friends.
