Absolutely horrible place to live. I don’t know about the newest office staff but before her it’s been years since anyone decent has been there. I went without heat for over 2 years, was told too expensive to fix. My heat and AC went under the trailer they told me nothing was wrong would not even look at it. I had leaky roof spots, electrical issues, plumbing issues. I took my kitchen drawers to the office to get repaired and they said no and threw them away. Went without a stove/oven over a year. Front door was completely rotted, you touch it your finger went thru it. Had animals in my heat vents (staff said I was lying) had a hole in my floor for 2 years, they kept saying they fixed it so I repeatedly called to ask for repairs again. I could go on and on with everything but in my opinion just don’t do it….. unless you buy your property but as a rental property trust me this place isn’t worth it

I moved into a trailer fully infested with mice and had to treat it myself. Went 6 months without a working dishwasher or stove. Trim was all falling off of the doorways. The neighborhood sewage exploded on both sides of my yard twice since I have lived at this place and was left like that for over 2 weeks until I called the city. Never was compensated for the inconvenience. My pipes froze every year so far that I have lived there and no weekend help so that is always great! Have told them multiple times that I will be moving out and finally get the opportunity to do so and have to give them a 30 day written notice to move out which is taking another full month of rent. Sincerely do not live here! It is a money bank!!!!! They don't care about you just their stupid paychecks for rent. I have also moved out of another trailer and the lot rent is still in my name for 2 years now and I don't live there because they can't get the current tenant to fill out the application!!!! Seriously!!!!!Do yourself a favor and just don't move in and find a different place.

I WILL be alerting Warrensburg's city inspector about some of the things I've read in these mostly negative reviews. I now have the owner's information as well. He as well as well as Carrie and the "business " itself will be reported to the correct bureau as well..

The site manager has a nasty attitude, and when you ask to speak to her boss, she says you will receive the same answer. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

They add insult to injury by showing a crap filled and smelly trailer after assuring me that they had decent units available. Completely unprofessional, this park is a scam.
