Lakeshore Mobile Home and RV Park Introduce
For many Colorado residents, particularly those who love the mountains but require a stable and affordable housing option, places that blend long-term residency with the accessibility of the RV lifestyle are essential. **Lakeshore Mobile Home and RV Park**, located in the scenic Grand County town of Granby, represents one of these unique communities. Situated just minutes from the stunning waters of Lake Granby and the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park, the park offers both dedicated spaces for permanent manufactured homes and opportunities for RV stays, serving a diverse community of residents and travelers.
The town of Granby itself is a hub for year-round recreation, famous for its proximity to world-class fishing, boating, and the extensive trail networks used for hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, and skiing. Lakeshore Mobile Home and RV Park positions itself as a practical base camp for all of these Colorado adventures, whether you’re passing through in an RV or have chosen to settle permanently in a manufactured home. The dual nature of the park—part long-term community, part transient RV park—is a common model in mountain towns where affordable living and tourism converge.
As a combination RV park and mobile home community, it operates under the specific regulations of Grand County, focusing on providing essential utilities and maintaining community standards. Prospective residents and visitors should note that the community has faced mixed reviews from customers regarding management and upkeep. While the natural surroundings are undeniably gorgeous, the experience of staying here, as with any local community, is significantly shaped by its operational management. Potential long-term residents, especially, should conduct thorough due diligence and engage directly with the management to ensure the park aligns with their expectations for a mountain community living environment.
Despite the reported challenges concerning atmosphere, the core value proposition of Lakeshore remains its **location and relative affordability** in a high-cost mountain market. It offers a tangible opportunity for home ownership or extended stays near some of Colorado's most cherished outdoor destinations, making it a place of interest for those who prioritize location over all-inclusive luxury amenities.

### What is Worth Choosing
Lakeshore Mobile Home and RV Park is worth choosing for the discerning Colorado traveler or resident whose **primary consideration is a stunning mountain location at an affordable price point**. The most valuable asset of this park is its spectacular setting, offering immediate access to Lake Granby and placing you squarely in the middle of Grand County’s recreational playground. For manufactured home owners, the community provides a rare opportunity for home equity and stability near a major mountain resort area, a financial benefit that is increasingly hard to secure in the region.
However, potential guests and residents must be prepared to look past potential operational shortcomings, as some customer feedback suggests issues with maintenance and management interaction. The choice here is a tradeoff: you get an incredible location and financial accessibility, but you should visit and assess the community atmosphere and operational standards for yourself. For the independent, rugged individual who values the outdoors and affordability above resort-style amenities and pristine management, Lakeshore serves as a functional and strategically located base to enjoy all that the Rocky Mountains have to offer. It’s a practical solution for those who see the beauty of Grand Lake’s surroundings as the ultimate amenity.

Lakeshore Mobile Home and RV Park Reviews
If a picture says a thousand words then here it is.Bring your broken down unregistered vehicles and park them here.Won't you be my neighbor?
July 04 · michael stockertIf I could leave a review with NO stars, I would. This place could be a super gorgeous place. Lake within walking distance....HOWEVER, the landlord is completely abhorrent. He lies through his teeth so often he cant even remember which lie he was going with.He is a sad, pathetic, excuse for a "human being". Again, if you can even call him that.He is slumlord supreme.
September 01 · Little MissMichael Philip is the owner, he gave himself five stars as a review here. I've never met such a greedy and unprofessional man in my entire life, he lies, and will even cuss at you. My living experience in Granby is ruined because of people like him.
June 15 · Haley MageeLandlord is greedy, dishonest, and often forgets his own terms. He was handed this park and worked for nothing, and instead of holding it to the status it used to be under previous owners, he has diminished it to an untrustworthy status. He will tell you one thing then turn around and say the complete opposite a month later. If you decide to live here, get everything in writing so this greedy scrub can be held accountable for his actions. Also, don't count on getting your security deposit back, he'll literally make up any reason to not give it back and in the case of any issues with plumbing or other issues he will always pick the cheapest, unlicensed sketchy option that will cause damage to your house rather than solving the problem long term. Ask any tenant that lives in this park, their opinions will all sound the same. In all reality, save yourself the money and the stress and find somewhere else to live.
May 29 · Noah ButcherProfessional and prompt. Mike was attentive and a pleasure to work with. Great views. Was able to walk to the lake
