Lake Worth Village Reviews
This sells office is the worst worst worst I’ve ever seen especially trying to buy a home cash .The manager is never at the office. The door is always locked during office hours doesn’t matter if you email call or visit in person. No one is never available. I have inquired multiple times throughout the year on few mobile homes. Their excuse is it’s under contract. This has been for a year already new mobile homes go on the websites that are available. The few times you get to speak with somebody it’s been months and the same mobile homes are empty. I have drove in by the community and they’re still empty, but their excuse is under contract. This is the worst sales office I have ever seen. The manager is no help whatsoever. Does not return phone calls emails The other lady that is in the office does not know anything you ask her question she says she doesn’t know she offered a home that is the only available for sale said the price was 155,000 I asked her for the address and she said she did not know which one. O Stars

May 20, 2025 · Silver EscalanteI have an "appointment" on Friday 4/21 (NOT the original time and date I picked) to look at a unit for purchase. I visited and drove around, looks overcrowded, trash everywhere and cats running around - yuck! So many red flags including these terrible reviews. They really don't answer the phone either. I've tried! No thanks! So glad I took my time researching. I'll take my cash to a condo purchase and save myself the headaches as described in the reviews.
Apr 18, 2023 · Withny VincentThis community is TERRIBLE at returning phones calls or scheduling appointments for potential future resident. On 2 separate occasions I tried to set up for showings with days going by without calls. After many phone calls, I finally reached sales department which set me up for my appointment. When I arrived for my showing time, then said they didn't have me on the schedule and would not make time to show me anything. I mentioned I had cash to pay for one of their homes. The agent said the home was sold already, yet it still sits advertised as available today.I tried for the second time and after days of calling, I reached somebody on to set up a showing but they informed me the house was not ready for that for a couple weeks and would call me when it was. Again, I told them I had cash in hand, As I feared no one called, so when that 2 week timeframe rolled around, I was told the place was sold. I told my cash else where and that I was actually treated with respect. This place should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat potential buyers, or the management company needs to do a serious overhaul of this place.
May 12, 2022 · Jessica TabalesWanted to buy a house in this alleged "community", so I had my realtor call for a walkthrough appointment. He called these unprofessional, irresponsible clods for a full week. Nobody cares enough to call him back. So I guess all the negative reviews here are here for a good reason! Don't be so lazy, folks! Will also be sending my review to the actual owners of the "community". Suggest everyone do the same.
