All these events are not mandatory, they are on volunteer base which gives everyone freedom to do what they want. The grounds looks well maintained, The welcome fountain is very beautiful. This is not assisted living but it’s a home for those who can take care of themselves. Everyone has a mailbox close to the house. They have freedom to plant fruits and flowers. Everyone can paint their house the color of their choice. It’s mandatory to to keep standard of the park, this means plants around your house have to be maintained and paint has to do maintained too by the home owner. There could be HOA fees.
Jun 10, 2024 · Chris MbuguaMy first and only interaction with Lake Park was rescuing a family member from a potential elderly abuse situation when Donna (Community Manager /Senior Sales Agent) attempted to compel them to purchase a property under threat of lawsuit. After speaking with a real estate attorney I confirmed what I already knew to be true. No individual can be forced to purchase a property against their will. I intervened at the last minute to protect my family member’s interests. Without getting into the weeds on our full interaction, I found Donna’s pressure tactics and behavior to be extraordinarily unprofessional and unethical. I have no issue with the properties they offer. However, I’ve got a HUGE problem with how they do business.

Nov 18, 2024 · Ana Gloria RubalcabaBeautiful place to live. My other half's mother just moved to this park.Noticed sitting on her patio how quiet & peaceful.it was in the evening. The lake & grounds look well maintained and kept nice. Think it's would be a wonderful place to live .
Jun 24, 2021 · Linda BThe park is lovely. All the homes and streets within it are adequately marked and posted. For some reason, Google Maps sends my visitors and deliveries to guest parking across the street. This really screws up the deliveries as they are sometimes left at a home across the street or at another street with the same numbers. Please correct. Thank you.
