Lake Martin RV Park Reviews
Excited for the new owners to finish transforming park! I stopped by and met them as they were cleaning up the land. They were extremely friendly and sound like they are going to create the go-to RV park near Lake Martin once complete. Right down the street from all the Russell Lands market and restaurant too! I can't wait to stay here.
Jun 29, 2023 · Clyde YelvertonThe owners of this RV park refused me access to power and water, kept moving my rv around without my permission and breaking into my rv, yes I was the owner. Yes I was paying rent. They finally hulled the inside of my rv out and attempted to give it to someone else.
Jul 24, 2023 · Tiffany SouissiLand lord is a pathological lier. Doesn't take care of the park. And refuses to make good on a refund he promised. This is a very very unfriendly park for families. There have been complaints about Carl allegedly stealing/breaking things and has allegedly been caught several times looking into residences. These claims have not been substantiated.
Oct 02, 2021 · Denver BurnsThe park is hard to get into hills and holes everywhere. Definitely not a place to call home. The laundry room that a previous review talked about is still not open. The falling down in shambles mobile homes and mountains of rubble from mobile homes they have torn down are a joke to look at. Owners are rarely onsite, but if rent is due the owners will be knocking on your door to collect that. Gave 2 stars because of the area..close enough to town for convienance but far enough away to be a quiet location.
May 23, 2017 · Kelly PI had a camper there. The owners were really hateful to me. They would break into my camper when I wasn't there. They kept moving my camper around without my permission . They put boards with nails in them where I had to park trying to ruin my tires on my van. They put snakes in my camper. They put my camper in a big mud hole. Finally they moved it again without my permission and hulled out the inside of my camper. Judge Kim Taylor let them get away with it. Yes, I was paying my rent. I tried to have it moved , but the campground owners would talk to the mover and tell them my camper belonged to them. It was my camper. I owned it. They moved my camper again while I was gone for a while visiting. I came back and they had hulled the inside of my camper out and gave it to one of their favorite renters. If you don't want to be done like I was stay away from this campground.
