Kris Kay Park Reviews
I would like to say thank you to Katie for working so hard to get my family in to a home. Katie was so polite and made my situation so much better. Beautiful park and very quiet!
May 22, 2024 · Jennifer FaeWhat a disappointment trying to get into Kris Kay has been. Several months ago we inquired about renting in Kris Kay and were told a rental undergoing renovation would soon be available. Several months later and several attempts to contact Rachel (park manager) about an update on a possible move in date and we have been left completely in the dark. Rachel never answers calls or returns a message. We are done with Kris Kay. We have made inquiries into area apartment complexes and will take our business to someplace that acts professionally and actually wants customers. Kris Kay ownership seriously needs to reexamine Rachel's continued employment as manager of the park....she certainly doesn't represent Kris Kay well.
Jun 08, 2022 · Larry FryeI was looking for a mobile home at this community finally gave up and went elsewhere. Rachel is unbelievable never returns my calls and this went on for a month very unprofessional!! Went to a different community and delt with someone who did a great job was able to find exactly what we were looking for and purchased it all in one day!!Wonder how much business Rachael has lost for kris kay mobile home community.
May 17, 2022 · tammy youngsI don't live here but I have close friends who do. I have visited for years to this community. I can say without reservation that this is one of the nicest, safest cleanest, well maintained mobile home parks in the area with a lot to offer the residence.
Oct 26, 2018 · Douglas AlcornTerrible management, non-compassionate, and down right mean. I visited my grandparents here as a child. They never allowed me or my brother to swim unless my grandmother came with us and got in the water with us, knowing my grandmother had a fear of pools since she was a child. As well as caring about her hair and skin and didn't like the effects of the clorine. The parks were delapidated, we used to play in a painted sewer pipe! Me, my grandma, and my grandpa all got cancer! I suspect the giant tower right next to the park or the location being down the road from hemlock semiconductor! They wouldn't allow my grandparents to sell the trailer, they kept not approving the potential buyers to move in. They want to sell their trailers, you only get to move if you die or walk away. The park sold their trailer to someone else after they died, even though they claimed they couldn't sell because of the wooden carport, because of the wooden shed, then the buyers were to young or had kids. My grandmother wanted to move so badly and never got the chance. This was just supposed to be a temporary stop in their journey together.
