King's Row Manufactured Home Introduce
For many Texans, particularly within the vast and dynamic urban landscape of Houston, finding a housing solution that strikes a balance between affordability and convenient location can be a key priority. Manufactured home communities, often referred to as mobile home parks, offer a distinct and accessible pathway to homeownership or long-term rental in the city. King's Row Manufactured Home, located in Houston, Texas, is one such community that serves individuals and families seeking this style of living.
This article aims to provide a clear, engaging, and informative overview of King's Row Manufactured Home, drawing directly from publicly available information and candid insights shared by residents. Understanding the operational aspects of the park, its environmental considerations, and the general resident experience is crucial for anyone contemplating a move. Our goal is to present a factual perspective, enabling Texans to evaluate whether King's Row Manufactured Home aligns with their housing preferences and expectations in the bustling Houston area.
King's Row Manufactured Home is strategically located at 10810 Telephone Rd, Houston, TX 77075, USA. This address places it within a well-established and accessible area of Houston, one of Texas's largest and most economically diverse cities. For Texans, a significant advantage of this location is its direct proximity to major roadways, including Telephone Road itself, which provides straightforward navigation for residents and visitors alike.
The 77075 zip code area offers residents of King's Row Manufactured Home convenient access to a wide array of urban amenities. This includes various grocery stores, local dining establishments, retail centers, and essential services, all typically within a short driving distance. The park's location also ensures relatively easy access to Houston's expansive network of freeways, facilitating commutes to major employment hubs such as downtown Houston, the Texas Medical Center, and various industrial areas. For those who rely on public transportation, Houston's transit system likely serves areas within this part of the city, offering additional options for getting around.
Being an inner-city manufactured home community, King's Row offers a unique blend of a more independent housing style with the benefits of urban convenience. This positioning makes it a consideration for Texans who are seeking a potentially more affordable housing solution without sacrificing the extensive resources and opportunities that a major city like Houston provides.
Manufactured home communities typically provide a range of services as part of their lot rental agreements, aimed at facilitating comfortable living for residents. While a detailed, publicly advertised list of specific services for King's Row Manufactured Home is not extensively available, general services common to such parks usually include:
- Lot Rentals: The fundamental service provided is the rental of land lots where residents can place their manufactured homes.
- Utility Hookups: Essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity connections are typically available at each individual lot, with residents generally responsible for their monthly usage bills.
- Common Area Maintenance: Park management is generally tasked with the upkeep of shared areas, including internal roadways, lighting, and general landscaping within the community.
However, it is important to address a significant concern highlighted in customer reviews regarding maintenance. One resident explicitly mentioned "nagging about this rotten tree" since moving in, noting that "Every time it rains it looses branches." This indicates a potential issue with the maintenance of natural elements within the park, particularly regarding hazardous trees. This directly relates to common area maintenance and the safety of residents' property, suggesting that responsiveness to certain maintenance concerns might be an area for improvement.
Manufactured home communities often possess distinct characteristics that shape the resident experience. For King's Row Manufactured Home, insights from customer reviews provide a valuable perspective on its features:
- Urban Location: Its placement within Houston on Telephone Road provides a significant highlight, offering residents convenient access to city amenities, employment, and transportation.
- Affordable Housing Option: The park represents a potentially more budget-friendly pathway to living in a major metropolitan area like Houston, appealing to Texans seeking economical housing solutions.
- Friendly Staff Interaction: One positive review specifically highlights a "great experienced wonderful area" and feeling "welcomed by both ladies were so pleased too help me find what i was looking for," suggesting that initial interactions with staff or management can be very positive and helpful.
However, it is crucial to acknowledge a significant concern raised in recent customer feedback, as this profoundly impacts the park's perceived quality and safety:
- Unaddressed Tree Hazards: A prominent issue is the recurring complaint about "rotten trees" losing branches, particularly during rain, with concerns about "severe damages YET." Despite a resident "nagging" about this issue since moving in, it reportedly remains unaddressed. The management (Mariela) is said to have indicated they were "looking for a company to cut down the trees" but no action was taken, even with a monthly rent of $800. This poses a significant safety risk to residents and their property and highlights a potential lack of responsiveness to critical maintenance concerns.
- Perceived Lack of Management Concern: The resident expresses frustration that their monthly rent should be "enough to cover someone to come cut this rotten tree down," indicating a perception that management is not adequately addressing safety concerns despite rental fees.
- Risk to Investment: The reviewer explicitly advises, "Move your investment here at your own risk," directly linking the unaddressed tree hazards to potential financial risk for residents.
These points suggest that while the park may offer a friendly initial impression and an accessible location, potential residents must be fully aware of reported significant safety and maintenance concerns that could impact their living experience and property.

It is strongly advised that any prospective resident contact the park directly to inquire about current lot availability, rental terms, and specific park policies. Given the significant concerns highlighted in customer reviews, a personal visit to the park to assess the conditions, particularly regarding tree maintenance and common areas, would be highly prudent. Engaging management directly about these specific issues before making any commitment is also recommended to ensure full transparency and alignment with your expectations for a safe and comfortable living environment.
For Texans navigating the housing market in Houston, King's Row Manufactured Home on Telephone Road offers a distinct and potentially affordable living option. Its primary suitability for locals lies in its advantageous inner-city location within the 77075 zip code, providing easy access to Houston's vast array of urban amenities, employment centers, and transportation networks. This makes it an appealing choice for individuals and families who desire the conveniences of city living without necessarily incurring the higher costs associated with traditional homeownership or apartment rentals in prime areas.
The positive feedback regarding welcoming staff and a helpful initial experience suggests that the park aims to present a friendly face to prospective residents. This can be a reassuring factor for those seeking a community where they feel acknowledged and assisted. However, it is imperative for local Texans to consider the significant and publicly voiced concern regarding unaddressed safety issues, specifically the "rotten trees" losing branches. This represents a tangible risk to property and personal safety that cannot be overlooked, even with a monthly rent of $800.
While the park offers an accessible location and seemingly helpful initial interactions, the reported lack of responsiveness to critical maintenance concerns, despite residents "nagging" about them, creates a dichotomy. Therefore, for a Texan considering King's Row Manufactured Home, its suitability hinges on their willingness to accept potential risks related to park maintenance versus the benefits of its urban location and affordable housing structure. It is crucial for prospective residents to conduct a thorough personal investigation, specifically addressing the tree hazards and the park's maintenance protocols, to determine if the actual living environment meets their standards for safety and peace of mind before making the significant decision to "move your investment here."

King's Row Manufactured Home Reviews
1 star because they don’t listen to your concerns.I been nagging about this rotten tree since I moved here. Every time it rains it looses branches. Fortunately none have caused severe damages YET. Every time mariela would tell me they were looking for a company to cut down the trees. I pay 800 dollars a month in rent. You would think that be enough to cover someone to come cut this rotten tree down. I’m sure I’m not the only tenant asking for dangerous trees to be cut down. Move your investment here at your own risk. If they would cut down all these rotten trees this place is good to live.
