King of the Road Mobile Home Park Reviews
As I read all of the reviews, my experience owing a mobile home at King Of The Road was the complete opposite. No drug activities what so ever! Everyone was friendly, park was always kept clean. Park management wasn't rude or mean to me, yes I got a few notices because things needed attention but they gave me enough time to fix it. The neighbors mind their business and always had a helping hand. Its really quiet, day and night! You don't see people walking or hanging around the park. After purchasing the home there was roaches but I hired someone to exterminate and never seen a bug ever again, anywhere you move if the previous owners had them of course you gone have them, you just have to clean it up yourself, its you're home! NOT management's problem! Carol is doing her job to keep the park clean and safe for the families, and NO WE ARE NOT FRIENDS! Over all I give it a 5 star review. If you keep your home up to state standards, pay rent on time and don't have drama you will have no problems.King of The Road /Carol thank you for given me the opportunity on purchasing a home there. Best of luck you all!
Aug 16, 2023 · Celestina RosarioI've see alot of bad reviews but I have also seen a big deal of great reviews. For one if you bought a trailer in the park and it had roaches or termites I have only one thing to say...welcome to Florida. Termites are in all mobile home parks they love wood. Roaches are easy to get rid of. buy home defence, it's your best friend against these pest. I have lived here since 2017. Started as a renter now I own my own home. I haven't seen any cucaraches. Carol ( manager) here is awsome so are the staff they will do anything they can to help you out. No I'm definitely not a friend. Carol and I have had our differences but that's behind us. Keep the debris from around your house and you won't get violated. I give this place a 5 🌟PS. If you want peace and quiet come to king of the road
Jun 18, 2025 · Bruce DavisBe careful, manager Caroll wants to take people's properties away after they buy them, fix them up and have been living in them for 3 or 4 months. This bad person who is the manager becomes your worst enemy and creates on your lot all the breaches that she can create to take your property away from you and take away the mobile home. and makes everything legal. Apart from this, there are drug businesses in this park, inform them and before they drop your enzyme. very dangerous care. I want the city to thoroughly investigate all of this and I report it to the police.
Dec 07, 2023 · Fabian AgudeloAll for going cheap, what is cheap becomes expensive and brings you problems. Don't bother moving here. If you buy you are not buying anything but your way into fixing what is not yours. you will only get a restricted bill of sale. Read their contract before going this route. I bought a trailer from them last summer, spent $5000.00 to completely rebuild an unliveable trailer, spent three months fixing it to only live it for 7 months. The lady in the office everything is a smile until you sign and step your foot in . Then everything becomes a tragedy . She is very rude , will not serve you in anyway .if she doesn't like you she will have you out of your home in no time. You will loose your money . I must now fight for a wrongful eviction . The trailer park is full of carpenter ants which will eventually eat the wood on your old trailer. And don't expect them to help you. if for any reason you end up in the hospital and can't work etc. 2 weeks you don't pay your rent and she will send the paperwork to the court causing you a big mess and lost time from work all if anything in a rush in hopes to recover and keep your trailer. cost of living is difficult and your hard work is valuable to you. Don't use it here it's not worth it. I hope this helps a lot of people so you don't end up here.
May 23, 2023 · Roman SerranoWorst place to spend your money. Not children friendly at all for an all ages park. Management participates in fraud and creates fake documents that will be held against you if they don’t like you. They will steal from you and steal your equity from your family.
