Kinda crowded street to drive down. Narrow and a lot of people outside and a lot of kids outside playing. The upkeep of the property is OK, really no landscape so not the nicest visually. A friend of mine rents one of the lots and has no complaints. Says the manager is very nice and nice to work with.

He's rude, likes to scream at people and his sidekick Thomas uses intimidation methods to get you to move when you make them angry. Don't buy anything from them it will probably have bed bugs. They won't honor verbal agreements so get everything in writing. Beware!!

Jul 09, 2018 · Cynthia Hinckleyi have been living in this trailer park for 15 years and just over 3 years ago a vicente ramirez ex manager has been frauding people saying hes been hired to sell mobile homes at the park, i bought him a trailer then i found out he was afraud and i told the manager logan but hes with all of this, then i told corporate they didnt wanted part of this soo everyone thats supposed to do something about any problems dont want to do nothing...im losing about $13,000 BUT im hoping that ill win when i take him to court...please be carefull
