I've been here 7 months now and it's a quite place, and away from traffic. Which is nice considering I was up against the freeway before and paying $300 more. No one bothers you here and it's safe so far from what I've seen. The new owners are nice and doing a great job fixing things up. All around a decent place to live. If you can get a spot I highly recommend.

The old owner and management comany were pretty much hands off as was their onsite manager. There are no accomodations for small children or play areas for their amusment. But they are allowed. Spaces do have a small yard, no fences though. Gravel roads. There is at least 1 registered pedifiler. So check the web. And be careful.There is also RV & trailer parking in a fenced area of the site at reasonable rate.Lots of nearby shopping and access to public transportation nearby.
