I have lived in this park for over 4 years now and have never had any issues with neighbors or the park management. I do not own my home, I strictly rent. My rent has only gone up one time since I have lived here. It was a reasonable increase and I honestly wouldn’t want to move anywhere else right now. I believe this park is what you make it. I keep my home and yard well maintained and if I have any issues management handles it as soon as possible. They are willing to work with you if anything is needed. They allow me to have my greenhouse up and I was able to put up a fence. As long as you take care to maintain your rented area they work with you.

Expect any issues to take 1-15 business days to be resolved. The park area for kids is ran down. Everything is out of date besides a few new trailers. I did enjoy living here for the last 7 years the last 2 haven’t been the best. But it’s still a good area when it comes down to it. No violence, which is nice to know it’s safe area.

If they can’t up your rent because you’re on a fixed lease they will find other ways to get that money. Not only that they don’t know how to read their own leases and follow them. I used to recommend people to come live in this park but now not so much. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Unless you wanna deal with a lot of extra drama just to get anything done.

It's so wonderful children actually play together there safely. Riding their bikes happily. I would highly recommend buying or renting from this company. I'm still here & will continue to be here. Great people all around.

Now they want to charge us more rent when they won’t fix the issues that we’ve been complaining about. You can never get ahold of anyone when you need to and it’s frustrating. I don’t see myself wanting to stay here much longer. I know many of my neighbors feel the same way. We were told change was gonna happen but we’ve just been getting slapped across the face since. Seems to be another money hungry company just trying to make money off of poor people.Also the streetlights by the playground and the back of the park need to be fixed. It’s pitch black and you can’t see where you walking at night
