Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park is situated at 205 Leah Lane, Bald Knob, AR 72010, USA. Bald Knob is a community in White County, offering a quieter, more rural setting compared to larger Arkansas cities, while still providing access to essential services and amenities. Its location allows for relatively easy access to nearby towns such as Searcy, which provides additional shopping, dining, and educational opportunities, including Harding University.
The park's address on Leah Lane places it within the Bald Knob area, which typically means residents benefit from a more relaxed pace of life. Accessibility to major highways, such as Highways 167 and 67 (as noted for the general area of Jefferson Pointe), is generally a consideration for mobile home park residents for commuting, work, and leisure. The specific layout within the park itself, including road conditions and ease of navigation, contributes to daily convenience for residents. Proximity to local schools like Bald Knob High School and HL Lubker Elementary School, and various employers, makes the area practical for families. For recreation, the Bald Knob National Wildlife Refuge and Henry Gray Hurricane Lake are also nearby, offering outdoor activities for residents.
Based on the nature of mobile home parks, the typical services offered often include:
- Lot Rentals: Residents typically own their mobile home but lease the land it sits on.
- Utility Connections: Common services include connections for water, sewer, and electricity. Residents are generally responsible for setting up and paying for their individual utility accounts.
- Property Management: On-site or accessible management for handling rent collection, rule enforcement, and addressing community-wide concerns.
- Maintenance of Common Areas: Management is usually responsible for the upkeep of shared spaces, roads within the park, and overall landscaping of common grounds.
While specific amenities for Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park are not extensively detailed in public reviews beyond the mention of "huge porches," mobile home parks generally aim to provide a foundational living environment. It is important for prospective residents to inquire directly about what services are explicitly covered by lot rent and which are the responsibility of the individual homeowner.

- Proximity of Homes: A customer mentioned, "My trailer is so close to everyone else’s," which indicates a close-knit community layout or potentially limited space between homes.
- Specific Community Rules: Reviews highlight "ridiculous" rules, including restrictions on "dog houses, grills, etc.," and limitations on what can be placed on "huge porches," indicating a strict policy on external decor and personal property.

- Concerns about Home Quality and Maintenance: Reviews expressed significant concerns about the internal condition of trailers, even new ones, with issues like "leaky roof to electrical and breaker problems." For locals in Arkansas, particularly those considering manufactured home living, Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park in Bald Knob presents a specific set of characteristics to weigh. Its location offers the appeal of living in a smaller Arkansas community, away from the immediate rush of larger urban centers, while still providing relatively easy access to services in Bald Knob and nearby Searcy. This can be suitable for individuals and families who prefer a more tranquil setting and are looking for potentially more affordable housing options compared to traditional homes.
The fact that it’s within White County and near educational institutions and outdoor recreation spots like the Bald Knob National Wildlife Refuge could be a draw for those prioritizing these aspects. Mobile home parks, by their nature, can foster a sense of community, and for many, this is a significant advantage. The close proximity of homes, as mentioned in a review, while potentially impacting privacy, could also contribute to a closer-knit neighborhood feel.
However, it is crucial for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence. The concerns raised in customer reviews regarding the condition of homes, maintenance responsiveness, strict rules on personal property (like no dog houses or grills on porches), and visitor parking limitations are significant factors that should be directly addressed with the park management. Transparency about these aspects before committing to a lease is paramount for a positive living experience.
Ultimately, suitability for locals will depend on individual priorities and expectations. For those who value the quiet of a smaller Arkansas town, are comfortable with mobile home living, and are prepared to understand and abide by specific community rules, Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park could be a viable option. It is always recommended to visit the park, speak with management, and if possible, with current residents, to gain the most comprehensive understanding of what living at Jefferson Pointe entails, ensuring it aligns with your housing needs and lifestyle preferences.

Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park Reviews
The trailers fall apart, even the new ones just moved in. the rules are ridiculous! My trailer is so close to everyone else’s as well i hear my neighbors yelling and screaming daily. Parking situation sucks if you want company over they will have to park up front by the campers (absolutely ridiculous) No dog houses grills etc.. they come with huge porches but nothing allowed on them!
May 14, 2025 · Elisa LambI don't live here, but my son lives at Jefferson Pointe. They have fixed the outside to look nice, but the trailers are not up to par and I truly worry about my grandchildren. From leaky roof to electrical and breaker problems. It seems like when they ask for things to be fixed the management gets angry with them and slaps a temporary bandage on the problem, but does not permanently or adequately fix.

Dec 15, 2023 · Vanessa BAppealing Rv park but do beware. Stayed in the RV park for over a year and almost always battled being over charged. Would have to bring to attention and sometimes it would get adjusted back to a more logical rate after having to contact a local department and proving documentation. You pay your own water, sewer, trash, electric, and lot rent. Don’t expect to see your lots actually water bill, sewer bill, or electric bill. You pay what they say and you usually have 5 days or less to pay after it is posted. The water is brown and most of the time has dirt particles. There are no washers and dryers anymore and no more access to a restroom in the RV park. Also, no one after hours incasing there is an issue/emergency. On the positive side the maintenance man at the rv park does a great job keeping everything looking clean and maintained and if there is a maintenance issue, he is there almost immediately trying to take care of the problem. Overall the park is a nice place to be if $$$$ is no problem and you don’t care what your bills are.
