Hunters Walk Manufactured Home Comm office Introduce
For Washington residents seeking a comfortable, community-focused, and affordably priced living solution in Lewis County, the **Hunters Walk Manufactured Home Community** stands out as a desirable option. Located in Centralia, this established mobile home park welcomes residents of all ages, offering a diverse selection of beautifully styled manufactured homes on rented lots. It has earned a reputation as one of Centralia’s most sought-after all-ages mobile home parks, balancing the quiet life of a residential community with the convenience of being centrally located.
Hunters Walk is a modern community consisting of over 100 homes, primarily double-wide manufactured houses, though triple-wide options have also been available. The park aims to provide a family-friendly and secure environment, recognizing the high value that Washington homeowners place on stability and a sense of belonging. The park’s commitment to providing accessible, quality housing is evident in its continuous appeal to local buyers and renters.
When considering life in a manufactured home community, the atmosphere is key. Customers who have visited or have friends living at Hunters Walk often describe it as a **"very nice place to visit,"** indicating a positive and well-maintained environment. However, like any neighborhood, community life sometimes involves managing differing expectations and rules. While the majority of the community enjoys a peaceful existence, instances of neighborhood disputes, such as those concerning parking etiquette (neighbors using driveways or parking on the road) or adherence to unwritten community guidelines (like riding ATVs or side-by-sides within the community), occasionally arise. Prospective residents should understand that active, onsite management is a crucial part of manufactured home community living, designed to address such operational and neighborly concerns, ensuring the standards for a quiet, friendly community are upheld for everyone.
The park is covered by the Washington State Manufactured / Mobile Home Landlord-Tenant Act (MHLTA), which provides protections and defines the duties of both homeowners renting their lot space and the park owners. This legal framework ensures that residents have rights concerning their tenancy, even as they enjoy the benefits of owning their physical home in an attractive, shared-community setting.

Hunters Walk is ideally situated in **Northeast Centralia, Washington**, placing residents in a strategic location within the Lewis County region. A notable feature of the community itself is its documented commitment to physical accessibility. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Me and my family just moved it her and we are already having troubles with no only the house but people around we had an conversation with one of the neighbors that was telling us she was going to call the cops if we were not riding with helmets on out side by side and we have not heard anything about not being able to ride ATVs etc in here at all and we know of many others in here that do it as well. We were inside the community and not on road I had just got it running again and came out of my house and she was there not only sitting in our drive way and watching us but she drove away quickly and said nothing else when we came out of the house to see who it was. A lot of the people in here also will park on the road and not in there drive way like they should be and along with our neighbor they like to park right in our drive way to be closer to there door and I’m not sure if they have been told not to do that or not but it makes it very difficult for us so if the manager could reach out to me about it that would be great thank you.

April 10 · Dara Jean WatkinsPark is nice space rent high and goes up every 12 months. Bought my home here because management advertised over 55 RV parkingAnd gated community. All of that was taken away it is now any age park no gates no RV parking. Park is clean and well kept up
March 14 · ernest mackI have lived at Hunters walk since 2007 and would not recommend it to senior citizens. The problem with that is that you are in between a rock and hard place as you own your home but the cost to move it is not an option unless you are in good financially but if so, why would you even live here. Not even a club house or gated as was advertised when I moved here.
September 06 · Rita ChurchMy name is Ron Greenwood and I am writing you this letter to inform you that I have lived here for 16 years, and Hunters walk has issued my increase in rent notification for the year. I was shocked to find my rent is going up by $65 this year! I was paying $451.00, and in May I will be paying $516.00! That is a 14% increase and I was so outraged that I called management and also Janet M Mcaslin from the head office. I explained my outrage and was told that rent goes up because we (the renters) don’t know what it takes to run this place and it is expensive. Mr. Pullman has been generous enough to you renters by only increasing the lot rent a little in the past few years and Mr. Pullman felt it necessary for undisclosed reasons to increase it this much. At first she tried to claim it was due to property tax increases, but as a former City Council member I informed her that property taxes actually decreased; at which point she ended the conversation abruptly with an insult, adding the statement that EVERYONES rent will be $516 by the end of this year. I frankly don’t believe it cost almost ¾ of a million dollars a year to run this place, and I told her this. She could careless about what I had to say and just wanted to get off the phone. She said she would pass my message on to the owner and if he decides to call and talk to me he would contact me, however in the whole time I have been here, he never has.
