Houston East RV Resort Reviews
The owner of this “resort” hides behind his front desk staff. The office staff are friendly but that is the only positive thing. If you have any sort of big dog, stay away! They told us our dog looks like an aggressive breed and wanted to meet him to make sure. They gave our dog treats and pet him, took a picture to send to the owner, and called 10 minutes later asking us to leave. Not to mention when originally booking they told my husband they did not have a monthly spot that could accommodate our trailer size, 10 minutes later I called with the same question and they have multiple openings.Upon arrival there are multiple forms to sign and the check in process is very long.Price is high for the size of spots. We ended up going 5 minutes down the road for a cheaper price and larger spots. We paid nearly $600 and only got a $43 refund when we were asked to leave.
May 13, 2025 · Tory BelvealStayed 2 nights at Houston East RV Park. Worked out good for our visit to Johnson Space Center. Park is well kept with trees and shade. Pull through sites were level and easy. Staff was friendly and communication was good. I give showers and bathrooms an ok. This park is right on I10. It is very noisy. Ear plugs are recommended for sleeping.
Apr 04, 2025 · Mark SellsStopped here last minute for an overnight to get out of the storms after driving from Florida. The women in the office were very nice. We got a nice paved pull-thru spot. The showers were nice and hot. It is a gated RV park. No complaints for me
Mar 31, 2025 · James TorresThe resort is well kept, and the spots are spacious. The staff has been very friendly and answered all my questions. The access to I-10 is minutes away, and there are plenty of shopping and eating options close by. Check out the covered spots!
May 09, 2025 · Richie ThomassieWe stayed here when we evacuated from Louisiana during a hurricane. The park is VERY well kept and clean. It is very quiet and the other guests are respectful and keep their spots clean. There was plenty of space for our two dogs to do their business and a spot for them to stretch their legs and run. It is very conveniently located off the highway so no need to drive far into town when looking for a quick place to stay. The ground facilities are very nice and clean. The Rv spots are spacious and easily accessible. The cost per night is very reasonable and everything that you have access to is awesome, will definitely keep this place on our list to stay if needed in the future!! The staff was very respectful, kind and helpful!!
