Homecrest Mobile Home Community Reviews
People here were mean. I got yelled at trying to pass out a coupon for my dad's lawn care service. Sorry you thought I was your grandson who never visits you because your house smells like old tuna cans and your lawn is a disaster cause you won't let anyone cut it. No, I don't want to try your pumpkin and chicken liver brownies. Maybe if you were nicer, your family would stop by more often.
Feb 13, 2019 · Jacob GarciaLove this community. Cant wait for pool to open. This community is safe, my kids ride their bikes from one end to the other with no worries. A lot of good families living here. Management is a bit strict on rules, but I don't have a bit of problem with that. Keep the community looking nice and clean. One of the best trailer parks in this area.
Apr 25, 2018 · Med AscoI lived here for 2 years. It was a decent park. Very strict on their rules (not always a bad thing, but still) I was most disappointed that when I bought the trailer when I asked about a fence, I was told by Alex it could be discussed. But when the time came to sign the lease, it stated no fences were permitted. (Downside if you have dogs, or if your neighbors have dogs that they let run fee) I did get upset when the tow company towed my car a few times and I had to pay the company to get my car back, even with having current tags and the parking sticker on it. The main thing that I was upset with is that after leaving the property and home in better condition than I when I purchased it, I never received my deposit back. I asked Alex about it several times and was told he was "processing it". But a few months later of being told the same thing, I was finally told "I took too long to request it and there for I forfeited my deposit".

Jan 18, 2025 · Benito MartinezManager is the opitime of rude and arrogant. They wanted me to remove a fence on my lot I didn't even put up. They did basically nothing to improve the streets while I lived there. Giant potholes and my yard would turn into a lake during storms. They never should have put a trailer there. Just the yards near the creek would flood due to the location. Power went out all the time, sometimes for days. My neighbors were the nosiest people on earth. Kept jacking up the lot rent every year. I lived there 10 years. Rent went from 375 a month to 595 and they did nothing to improve the place. They started paying for the water bill, so that was their reason for the rent hikes, but 220.00 increase for water bill is ridiculous for one person. I even had energy saver faucets. Good thing about the place is the location. Close to everything and relatively quiet. Has a fence around it which probably helps keep some people out at night. Hence less noise. There is a pool which is nice, but there is always massive amounts of kids there so you're probably swimming in urine, overall Sturbridge next door seems much better in my opinion. Sturbridge lot rent is a little higher but the park is better. No speed bumps and the RV lot makes up for that. You can see from some of the management responses here that they are nasty people in the office. I moved out over 6 years ago now so I'm guessing the lot rent is over 700.00 a month by now. I don't know if the management is the same as when I lived there 7 years ago. The second in command back then was fine, but the manager needs to be god blessed, as he loves to answer people in these comments, with contempt I'm sure. He needs all the help he can get. From the pictures I saw below they finally fixed ALL the roads instead of just around the entrance and office like when I lived there.
