Holiday West MHC Reviews
I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now I’ve called the office numerous times about my parking spaces. Nothing is being done. I put stuff in my parking spot to save my spot, but the person keeps moving my stuff. They’re not even parked in front of their house, they’re parked in front of my house. Worst place to live.
Apr 29, 2025 · Jamie JohnsonAnyone I’ve ever known to have lived In Holiday West years ago till current always for warned to never live in this community. Just visiting in this community was never a good experience. To note people living in the community get a lawn warning with no leeway for even for emergencies. They have and will charge with no regards to your lively hood.Let this be your warning along with all the other reviews. See attachment of email sent to their communities renters.
May 09, 2025 · Crystal CoffeyIncredibly communication. I have been working with them around end of April to rent out a home with them. Actively worked with me and very informative. Excited to move in! Looks like it will be an incredible neighborhood!
Mar 11, 2025 · BubbaPuddingDevon is amazing. He went above and beyond to make me and my fiancé feel comfortable during our rental process. I definitely recommend everyone to come work with Devon/Germaine!
May 09, 2025 · Kay Sio (kayriesio)Please ask yourself: “why do they have a high tenant turnover?” They are running a promotion for 5 star reviews in an attempt to drown my review out.UPDATE: I was evicted along with roughly 27 others for our rent being stolen in September 2024 with no apologies and no remorse. CAMBIO COMMUNITIES will definitely face a lawsuit. Promise. They get you approved easily for a home to RENT for no more than 2 years. Then they will not renew your lease. Forcing you to go month to month with an extra fee or BUY the home you are in. It’s all a scam to eventually sale a home and get lot rent from you while also being completely free of doing any repairs for you. Cambio does not care about providing affordable housing. They care about getting as much money as possible why providing as little as possible. Don’t get the rug pulled from under you. Just look how they responded to my review about my rent being stolen from them. I’m the only review who didn’t receive an email to follow up with them. Because they know this is a HUGE liability and they will eventually pay.
