I love my landscaped lot and home. Office staff is kind and curteous. About 300 homes in this community. Very nice clean swimming pool. Shuffle board, pool table in clubhouse. Clubhouse is immaculate and smells so good. Been living here about a month now and no complaints.Revised Review 1 year laterBeen living here a little over a year now. Still enjoying it. Have made many improvements to my single wide home's interior and exterior. During this time the pool area has greatly improved with new lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas. The pool is divine. Very convenient parking to pool.A fence has been installed around the perimeter of the park for astetics. It has breaks in it for park to access control panels and such. With the breaks I can not consider the fencing a safety feature.Lots of new double wide home's coming in.Very nice clean, large clubhouse which I need to check out more.For the price I pay monthly for lot fee I am thrilled with everything this park has to offer. Sure it could be better but all that better transfers into higher lot fees.Heck, my trash, recycling, portion of water, sprinkler system, swimming pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard all for under $800 in the year 2022. Now that's a bargain to me.

We are now required to shell out over $100 in liability insurance just to use the club house. We are seniors with limited funds trying to have some social time. Who has an extra hundred just to enjoy life. What goes next? What are we paying rent for. It’s all about the big bucks.

They supposedly got a new provider, if they did, they got a relative to the last horrible cable provider! The picture breaks up a lot, Plus it was totally out for 5 days! Someone doesn't vare who they get for cable because, they live elsewhere , and, its not them stuck with it!

Our park has been working hard to improve and grow with new models brought in to sell on existing lots. Our lot rents are reasonable and like all other communities are raised annually slightly to cover inflationary costs.We have not looked back since moving here. It’s all about the future here and making it better every year. 💛
