Holiday Village Mobile Home Park Reviews
I don't live here just do pet walks. It would be super nice if the gate to the trail could be utilized. What a great feature that be to the residents! Unfortunately, there are padlocks on the gates a code locking system would be awesome!
Jun 14, 2025 · Sarah PoplickA great no frills resident owned(share) park. Park is nice and clean and very well maintained. Close to shopping and bus lines. Small auditorium used rarely. Friendly neighbors. Close to many parks. Plenty of mobile homes available for sale. You'll love it here!

Mar 06, 2025 · Morgan CarteThis review is observations made pre hurricane Helene and Milton. Most are older mobiles, half in need of some tlc. Management does not enforce each lot, maintaining a good appearance. Junk around some trailers and overgrown plants/trees in others . Not a 55+ park. Hoa fee is very reasonable because few amenities.
