My mom lived at Holiday Spa for over 20 years. It truly is a great place for those looking for a mobile home gated community. Holiday Spa is minutes from Phoenix Mountain Preserve, Lookout Mountain and close to North Mountain Park, which offers hiking trails and views. My family took advantage of these areas when visiting. For years my mom took part and enjoyed community bingo, the pool/hot tub area, potluck at the club house and holiday celebrations all at Holiday Spa. My mom became friends with neighbors and made this community her forever home. The mobile home park has always been clean and well maintained. My interactions with management and the office staff have been responsive and professional. My mom was able to stay in her mobile home as she aged and I felt she was safe and if something was a concern that staff would reach out to me. I am grateful she could stay as long as she did!
