Holiday Hills Village Introduce
For many Coloradans seeking a peaceful and established community in their golden years, finding the right place to call home is paramount. Holiday Hills Village, located in Federal Heights, Colorado, presents itself as a dedicated senior mobile home community designed to cater to the needs and preferences of residents aged 55 and better. It aims to offer a comfortable and accessible living solution within the vibrant North Denver metropolitan area, providing an alternative to traditional housing options.
In the landscape of Colorado's diverse housing market, specialized communities like Holiday Hills Village play a crucial role in providing tailored living environments. While recent reviews highlight some concerns regarding management responsiveness, increasing youth presence, and community issues like noise and perceived drug activity, the park's fundamental purpose remains to serve the senior population. It is intended to be a place where older adults can enjoy a more relaxed pace of life, often with the benefits of a close-knit neighborhood and potentially more manageable living costs compared to traditional homes.
The concept behind Holiday Hills Village is to create an environment where seniors can thrive, fostering a sense of community among residents who share similar life stages. While challenges in maintaining this ideal exist, as evidenced by some resident feedback, the park's core identity as a senior community remains a significant factor for those considering it as their next home. It represents an opportunity to find a dedicated space designed with the 55+ demographic in mind, right here in the heart of Colorado.
Holiday Hills Village is situated at 1801 W 92nd Ave, Federal Heights, CO 80260, USA. This location places the community squarely in Federal Heights, a city in Adams County, just north of Denver. For Coloradans, this means excellent accessibility to the wider Denver metropolitan area, including downtown Denver, Boulder, and various mountain resorts, all within a reasonable driving distance. The park's position on West 92nd Avenue provides straightforward access to major thoroughfares, simplifying daily commutes and regional travel.
Federal Heights itself offers a blend of suburban convenience and access to urban amenities. Beyond practical necessities, the location offers proximity to various recreational opportunities. While the park itself is within a residential setting, residents are relatively close to local parks, golf courses, and open spaces characteristic of Colorado. Jun 13, 2025 · Joe GladerThis is supposed to be a senior community, but there are an increasing number of children, teens, and young adults moving in with grandparents or other senior family members. The drug activity and speeding cars playing loud music are getting worse. The rent is increased regularly every year and the office staff seems to be indifferent to the seniors who live in this once nice community. I think the owners/office staff need to be reminded that senior citizens are a protected class.
Jun 08, 2025 · S DNice and quiet. Older Adult Community Trailer Park. Lot rent is pretty expensive and raises each year and you're only allowed one trash can but the trailer park itself is nice to drive around.
May 20, 2025 · Vonda LundstromSave your money stay away from Holiday Hills. Water is constantly off management is terrible, some of the people they let move in here are shady caught the next door neighbor urinating outside by his front step nothing done about it, have underage people living here lot rent, storage rent constantly going up moved in 2009 our lot rent has doubled. STAY AWAY!
Apr 01, 2025 · dan payneUnsupportive place to live. Water supply is VERY questionable, and roads to access homes have been destroyed trying to fix the water supply issues. Meanwhile, the park raises rent every year just because they can, without considering the effect it has on the residents, or trying to provide any additional services for residents. The trash service is unreliable, but seems to be the only service the management is able to outsource with ANY reliability.
