Hillview Acres Mobile Home Pk Reviews
IT used to be a great place to live, and I don't know what part of the park someone said was quite, it once was, but now you have car doors slamming at all hours of the day and night, people living in here that are not on the lease, both sides of my place the people are loud 🔊, in one there is a small child that is. So loud that she sounds like a class of kindergartens by herself, the other side has dogs that bark, and people with loud truck that they run for long periods of time it's wakes me up and from 9 pm til 11:30 pm it's in a out in and out I wish management would make it a two car only park like it was then I moved here 17 years ago.you say something to manger nothing gets done big dog barks all the time and sounds as if it's tearing up the inside of the trailer.
Jan 19, 2020 · Jeanie StocktonI would never want to rent or buy a trailer from here. The "landlord" is a scum bag. He asked me how much I'd charge him to see my breasts. He gave us a faulty eviction letter and once we sold the place he was telling everybody that we are unruly and not trust worthy. There are many older women and men in the community and he talks to them like dogs! Scott is married but his wife dosent believe anything anybody says about any of this. We are moving under our own circumstances. He will jack your water bill up probably to make a profit off of you.
Nov 20, 2015 · Renee SmithThis is truly affordable housing but in the last year year-and-a-half the Latinos have pretty much bought everyone out I'd say there's 10 American syrup families there's probably 75% Latino and there's maybe 3 to 4 black families here the thing about it is is everybody has 3 4 5 cars per family how many peoples live in there's how many cars they have outside and that has created a huge problem you can't even go up and down the road two ways it's a one way only and that is ridiculous that is absolutely ridiculous so far not a lot of stuff or anything like that but the parking is unbearable
