Mar 12, 2025 · Sharon CrawfordDoing a YouTube search on the park. Quite revealing. Most importantly the power is dangerous and caused several fires while I was there. Damaged computer parts on rv's appliances etc. They did one fix by using a bare wire and hose clamps on the park main electrical line and buried it which was causing power to spread out through the ground and into the cable system which would short out your cable equipment until an electrician explained this (on video) as to how bad the electrical system actually is and piggy backed everywhere. They will hand you two pages of rules and have you sign that you agree to them and tell you they don't enforce them. The park goes unsupervised. Illegal activity is ignored and allowed.I have to add this after seeing someone say this was a Christian place. That is the most false claim I have heard or seen. Any business that would ignore the states request to rectify the illegal activities and allow a camper to be almost sent to heaven over said illegal substances is far from nice, or Christian.
May 03, 2023 · Chris C.Place has ant coming out of the sockets everywhere staff is a joke Place is a dumpPonly one good thing about its pondn
May 17, 2025 · Michael NollHorrible place would never recommend it to anybody too many drugs going around and the owner lies would not recommend the place do not stay there and the maintenance men are totally useless they tell you one thing but they don't do a thing about it and the electricity is horrible and there's no water pressure
Dec 31, 2024 · Dennis ReamNew Ownership / Management since most of these comments were made. Yes, they prefer long term tenants. Everyone I've met had been very friendly and humble. Price of lot rent includes water, power, trash. Everyone seems to keep to themselves.Only complaint is the walkway to the pond. There is no walkway, other than to walk in between lots. We have had to fix or replace our sewage hose several times due to the ignorance of whoever moved, stepped on, vandalized or removed it.
