It's a good price for the area. The park is quiet and everyone is nice and keeps to themselves. Roy runs the park, anytime we have a question or an issue he has been very quick to answer and take care of our needs. The Internet and spectrum cable is included in the rent. Our service is awesome we never had any problems, but have heard others have had issues with cable and the Internet. Anytime we wanted to do something or borrow something from Roy we always asked and Roy has had no problem letting us. He is very eager to make us very comfortable from our very first day. Quiet time is 10 pm - 10 am that took some getting used to, but over all our stay has been great. OH they have huge shade trees... That is awesome 2.

Aug 08, 2024 · LaDonna BoulerNice quiet place. Can’t say enough good things about Roy. He’s quick to handle any problems that come along. And even those are rare. Never had an issue with noise or loose pets just roaming around.

Oct 07, 2024 · David HolmesDown home hospitality. We felt more like welcome guests than simply paying customers. Facilities are not the Ritz but everything is very clean. And Jan is genuinely concerned that we enjoy our stay and have all we need and want. We plan to stay again. So glad to have found this place. Have already begun recommending Lazy J to friends.

Jul 01, 2013 · Paisley ParadoxiconThis place👎👎👎the owner is a drug addict!!! She reels people in by lies such as leading her customers to believe that there are 50 amp hookups available, when in reality all there is are 30 amp...her pole can barely take 30 amp before her breakers jump then she adds 4 thirty foot cords for most RVs in order to reach the one pole overloaded with so many watts working all at once! Another sad thing is, the owner(Jan) tends to use her fake disabilities so that one can feel compassion for her...but if you are awake at 1 or 2 am she is snooping around your area walking like a youthful child looking for cigarette buds or anything out of place so that she can criticize you to her CAMPGROUND hosts. She tells her customers on the phone that it is a FAMILY CAMPGROUND, children and all pets welcome, but tells her camp hosts she hates kids and loud dogs. Jan claims that everyone uses her and steels from her. She does not screen her customers because her greed allows her to accept meth and drug dealers alike. All i can tell you is she will take anyone that is turned away from a real legit RV CAMPGROUND to support her drug habit. So beware because she's snooping around late night and day time hours when you are at work. After she tells you that she cannot walk. I tell you this because I have surveillance set up on my RV. Another thing is that she has several people there hiding out with warrants which I have checked. Shame on Jan for using her disabilities and her customers for her drug addiction! The land she owns is infested with rattle snakes, rats, and chiggers lots of them. It is truly not a business. It's a joke!!!

May 11, 2018 · David BaqueraDo not recomend this so call "RV park" to anyone unless you are a drug user or drug dealer. Or even hidding out from the Law. The owner is a wicked witch she is nice in your face but behind your back you better look out!! Backstabber!! She says its a family friendly park, in reality she hates kids, cats and your dog. This is a crooked park where you pay cash only for this dump! And that she excepts for her drug addiction. You will never get a receipt for your record. She is avoiding audits from being legal. If you are looking for a nice RV park on FM. 2001 go to Longhorn RV Resort. 😐
