Under new HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED BY A HYPOCRITE MANAGER ON A SEVER POWER TRIP!!! I'm renting my trailer from THE MANAGER..ALYCE NEVINS! She took my application fee without me EVER filling out an application or signing anything to become approved to live in the park itself I'm not even sure she didn't pocket that fee herself and never ran my husband and I for approval I never received a rule booklet for the property or signed any paperwork!! She sure tried to hold me to rules and stipulations I never was given notice of in the first place! 3 days after moving in to her trailer my 7 yr old son cut his big toe open on a broken toilet she had left in the yard! He nicked an artery and nearly bled to death recieveing 6 stitches after we rushed him to the ER! NEVER DID SHE OFFER ANY KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR HER ILLEGAL SCREW UP! Shes harassing my family calling them threatening to trash our things without first a written notice and secondly an eviction notice! Her response to another landlord advising her that's unlawful was, "WATCH ME! ". We had "agreed" to a $500 deposit taken in 2 separate money orders which she never received bc she alluded us to move in without it up front then after the careless emergency on her part mind you 3 days after we moved in life got busy and everyone seemed to just forget about that! She left her dog in my yard for 2 weeks asking me to feed it for her when she lives 6 trailers down from her rental! Once she took the dog she left her and it's mess of over 5 years of TRASH built up behind the porch for us to clean up stating our yard needed to be picture perfect bc it was her house..uhh it's always been hers!I guess that rule didn't come into enforcement until she didn't live there anymore! We moved 4 HUGE LOADS OF DISGUST FROM HER YARD THAT WASNT OURS NEVER DID SHE OFFER A HAND AT PICKING UP HER OWN FILTH!! Roaches by the hundreds scattered as my husband cleaned up all the nasty from her dog house and trashhoarding between where it met the backside of her pourch! Shes claiming she never had roaches and that came with me and has yet to bring pest control to spray!HELL NO!Nasty lady! They never came in bc you fed them outside where your poor dog had to live it's sad pathetic life for all those years! 60 days later she came at me all nice and trust worthy with the idea that she would HELP US SAVE MONEY AND TOOK $600 FROM US PROMISING to keep it safe to help us save for a home loan in 6 months. Well we've had a disagreement and she wants us to move. I demanded our savings back since she would no longer be our landlord she REFUSED TO GIVE US BACK OUR MONEY. So I called the police bc SHE STOLE THAT MONEY FROM US. Alyce Nevins told the police it was her deposit money and that if I left her trailer in the same condition I moved in that only then would she return it! She swept the floors in that place and wiped the kitchen counters ONLY! Any condition I leave in will be better than the condition I received her ENTRIE LOT IN!!! She still refuses to return our savings she TRICKED US into trusting to her. Had she ever once asked for the deposit we would of gotten the money orders but SHE NEVER DID! Instead stole it and straight LIED to the police!SHE'S NOT GIVEN ANY WRITTEN NOTICE TO VACATE and is threatening to throw all our possessions in the trash! My husband returned after a few days out of town an shed turned off our water WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.. AGAIN UNLAWFUL! We ARE TOTALLY MOVING GLADLY SHES A NIGHTMARE but her harassment and threats continue about if we don't have all our things out by June 30th. She refuses to answer any of my phone calls or text but will happily call my 68 yr old mother with a sever heart condition stressing her demanding SHE TELL US SHE'S GOING TO THROW OUR STUFF IN THE DUMPSTER if we dont come get it! Not once have we received a call of this sort or again any notice to vacate! She's supposed to be the MANAGER and face of this establishment?!? I can only imagine the other questionable choices in judgment she's made! Lawsuit..? YES!
