May 06, 2025 · Jose FuentesI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!As for the lactation, it’s very close to the refineries and that was a selling point for us.Now for the actual stay. The cabin never cooled off under 85 degrees, was very very hot. We bought fans, that didn’t help. Was still extremely hot even at 10pm in the night so We and our 4 kids slept in the car because it was still way to hot. Spoke to the front office and the maintenance man, who actually confirmed that it was blazing in our cabin and actually said that the units would not cool that big of a cabin enough to occupy. We were told by the front desk quote “well you were the ones that wanted to rent the cabin” BUT we thought of course it would cool off by that night but never did. We found a different place to stay and asked to just pay for the night and to please get a refund for the remaining amount. All to find out that we actually spent $791.20 on this said cabin instead of $600!!!!! So that’s an $100 deposit plus an extra $91 added. And that a email had to sent out before we could receive a refund and it would take days if we ever even got the money back!!!! Are you kidding me????? Not to even mention that there were multiple rotten spots in the floors and something wrong with the shower water. We work hard for our money and are honest people this is highway robbery and insanity. Now we out that money plus extra for the new rental we had to find to be able to stay for work.

Problems they don’t give a f about cutting the grass and getting your brand new car 2024 all dirty and dings on it. Not one F given. When you bring it up to them they just blow you off and it’s so simple when you cut the grass have it blow opposite cars I truthfully think they do it on purpose just to get you upset the WiFi is mediocre can’t really watch HD, I stayed there from Jan threw Aug I left because eventually I would of had more than words with the Matenance people because they intentionally thrashed my car daily.
