Dec 16, 2019 · C CapatanNice, quiet, clean community. Not a whole lot of amenities offered for the residents. They do have a club house & a pool. Pool is closed in winter, as it's not heated. 55+ community.
Jun 17, 2024 · Shannon NicoleWhen I moved to Deland, I looked at several manufactured home parks for '55 and over'. I found Hidden Hills to be the perfect spot for us. The people are warm and friendly and there's a variety of activities to get involved in from dinners, bingo, golf cart parades, yoga, water exercises, horseshoes, lunch out and book clubs just to mention some of the activities. The beautiful pool is the perfect spot to cool off on a hot summer day or just sit and relax and watch others!

May 05, 2025 · Helen LositoWhat I like about this community are the many trees and crazy hills. My neighbors are very friendly and very kind. When a neighbor is in need you can be sure that your neighbors are there in one way or another. The event coordinator always plans fun activities. Often there is an event offering breakfast or dinners for certain occasions. Usually a small fee is charged.Oh don't forget the annual rummage sale held in the club house. Many of my neighbors stay very involved with club activity's and lunch bunches.Break out the bikes and challenge the hills.
