In those couple months I seen how neglected and poorly ran this place was. The owner doesn't even live in Ohio, and management doesn't really manage. One prevalent concern is the frequent and unannounced water shut-offs, which disrupt daily life and raise serious health and sanitation issues. I understand maintenance is essential or problems arise, but the disregard for residence well-being is atrocious.Let's talk maintenance. Maintenance is extensive delays, with some waiting weeks for essential repairs. Some of these could even be considered safety hazards, but maintenance when/if they do show up smell like they were at the bar, or with the local plant dealers in the park.Regardless of knowing this, I needed to find a place, so I reached out to a local real estate agent about some trailers in the park for sale. After speaking to the agent, I really questioned the owners practice. Agent stated owner wanted pre-approval and substantial money down, which I did not have.This is only my take, but many of the reviews on here seem fake. I would advise anyone who is looking to purchase a home here thoroughly investigate these issues and consider alternative housing options.

Feb 27, 2025 · RC WilliboughJust recently moved in. Everything is quiet. Everyone is friendly that I have met. Haven't had a problem, the owner is very responsive an works with most situations. Would definately recommend if you would like cheaper affordable living in a nice quiet country setting.

I noticed they had brand new mobile homes listed and with my kids out of the nest, I am down sizing and thought I would have a look. Wow. It is so ran down that I could not believe they would even consider placing brand new homes in this park. There are rotting and abandoned mobile homes. Even homes tore in half just sitting there. I drove by one that was surrounded in garbage. One had a huge exhaust pipe coming out of it. The grass was at minimum knee height in most places. It almost angered me that they are charging people over $300 for lot rent and doing nothing with it.

This was brought to their attention in October and won’t be fixed until “sometime” the week of December 4th, It’s apparently more important for the owners to bring in and set new trailers before dealing with major issues with the ones that are already occupied!
