Heritage Hills Pointe East Mobile Home Park Reviews
We moved into Heritage Hills East in June and relocated from Alabama so I had to do everything by phone ! Everyone was so helpful and kind and made sure we had a place to call home when we got to Indiana. Heather the office manager is so kind and helpful and so far we have been very happy living in the park. Anything I have needed they have been very accommodating. We had AC problems and she came after hours and brought me two window units to use until the big unit could get repaired ! I highly recommend living here ❤️
Sep 02, 2022 · Karen VincentThis park is not only unsafe but also overpriced. They have changed office managers 7 times in the last 5 month. Had a leaking toilet and a 400.00 $ water bill and was told that it is my fault and maintenance cant get it fixed. In the winter, the heater didn't work and even after SEVERAL times of reaching out, their solution was to drop off a window Unit. The porch doesn't have stairs- if someone was to open the door you would simply just fall out.The entire park floods, so bad the vehicles get stuck and will not be able to get out after a rainy day. The water leaks attract bugs that I've never seen in my life. All in all do yourself a favor and not rent from here. They increase the rent amount on a monthly basis. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND UNSAFE
Apr 21, 2022 · Anna HouseknechtEverytime I try to pay lot rent I always gotta call and have the manager unlock it and if they aren't in the office and never unlock it I can't pay my lot rent and I get charged late fees. Been trying to contact someone and still be unsuccessful , and I call during business hours
May 14, 2023 · Kellie CurtisLiterally one of the worst trailer parks I've ever lived at owner will not do anything to improve anything , and his maintenance people broke my car window and the trailer park refuses to pay for it. The front desk lady is very rude and foul mouth and doesn't care about anything .Do not recommend you live here.
