Heritage Estates Reviews
I went to the property to see if there were any vacancies for my sister who is moving to Alabama. I was met with a car blocking the road. There was a lady standing there with a guy who looked like he was cutting the grass. She stood by the vehicle as the guy approached us as we got closer. He said “yall may as well turn around” I said “excuse me?” He said “I’m talking to the property manager right there” as she stood scowling at me. I told him that I was trying to see if they had any vacancies. The guy then changed his tone and told me that there should be be one in a month or two. The property manager never said anything. She just stood there with her nose turned up. I definitely don’t want my sister staying there. I found this encounter to be very rude and unprofessional. She never knows who she is entertaining, it may just cost her her job. Definitely no longer interested

May 19, 2025 · Juan HernandezHave had nothing but a great experience! Super quiet and peaceful, 100% been left alone. Idk where all these other reviews came from, but the park manager has been nothing but awesome! If you are a normal human, and do what you are suppose to do, you will literally have no problems here! I couldn't be happier with the whole process, and I absolutely love my new home!
Apr 09, 2025 · Kat SueThey will fine you for everything! The lady upfront is rude they will cut your water off with out giving you any notices I called and asked why are they not giving out any notices and was told because she can and it’s her property and she can turn it off when ever she wants that right there just lets you know the type of person she is YOU have families living here, can you not take that into consideration people with kids! Families period.
Nov 22, 2024 · Jasmine MunozAll these "new" reviews are funny ! The park manager must of either wrote them herself or had others write them. The owners hide behind the Park manager. Never tends to the tenants just let's his park manager do his dirty work. They will fine you for every little thing. You can't go to sleep or work without worrying if they will have your vehicle towed because you have a flat tire or you just took the tag off and going to move it on the weekend when youre off work. If you have a flat you aren't supposed to do any "major repairs " in the park so you need to figure out how to drive it off site and fix it. Not a place to live because you are constantly getting harassed no matter how good of a tenant you are ! The rent is always going up . The park manager is rude and condensing. As well as a liar . Yes there is updates but with the "updates" comes lot rent increasing. The lot rent has increased 3 times since I have been here .
