Harding Woods Introduce
For New Jersey residents seeking an affordable, community-oriented, and comfortable place to call home, Harding Woods mobile home park in Elmer, NJ, stands out as a promising option. Nestled in the tranquil setting of Gloucester County, this community has earned a strong reputation among its residents for its family-friendly atmosphere, well-kept properties, and impressive amenities. If you're exploring housing alternatives in South Jersey that offer both value and a sense of belonging, Harding Woods merits a closer look.
Mobile home parks, or manufactured home communities as they are increasingly known, offer a unique housing solution that combines the benefits of homeownership with a lower cost of entry and often, shared community amenities. Harding Woods exemplifies this model, providing residents with an opportunity to own a home on a leased lot, fostering a vibrant and engaged neighborhood. As one enthusiastic resident remarked, "Harding Woods is a perfect place to live and grow a family. The houses and lots are big and well kept. Residents are friendly, proud and courteous. The Rec Center and Pool area are well maintained, clean, safe and newly renovated. Management and staff are helpful, respectful and friendly." This glowing review highlights the core strengths of the community: well-maintained properties, a welcoming environment, and excellent recreational facilities.
However, like any community, experiences can vary. Another past resident noted, "I used to live here. It's a trailer park with nice roads, a pool and a clubhouse. My only complaint was that my neighbors were the worst of the worst with no respect for others and the management there never did anything about it. If management would step it up it would be a great affordable place to live. The other members of the community were good people." This candid feedback underscores the importance of a strong, responsive management team in addressing resident concerns, particularly regarding neighborly conduct. While the vast majority of the community is described as "good people," effective management is key to maintaining a harmonious environment for all.

May 17, 2019 · marcus eBest thing I can say about the place is the huge speed bumps have been removed. Yes, people speed through... speed limit is never enforced, and having a community pool comes with it's own set of issues but it is a nice place to swim. New owners have the place so I can't comment on how they are to deal with.
Oct 29, 2019 · Chuck HeiserRent just keeps getting higher and higher, but barely any of the amenities are there any more. No hot tub, pools shut down half of the time, swings and basketball courts have been taken out. The kids in the neighborhood are the only ones putting up basketball nets. The new corporate owners dont care about any of their tenants. Up until a few weeks ago the “neighborhood watch” stalked and harassed multiple renters and friends.
Jan 19, 2022 · Hannah GraceDecent homes and only about 40$ more then others in area..For having things for the kids to do..And security even if it's just for extra pair of eyes. No do not live here now some family does and I also lived here years ago when I was a child..
