Jun 11, 2025 · Kyle MckinneyI have lived here for over 10 years. I love the location. Very convenient location near giant, dollar store, rite aid . Great neighbors! It's a very quiet community. Highly recommended place to live.
Jan 12, 2023 · Tiffany CraneI lived there 22 years and it was a wonderful and peaceful quite place to live. We never had problems until the managers changed. Our rent was paid every month on time. But when it came to the water bill questions were asked. We were told that it was none of our f-------king business. It was our business because we were the one to pay it. We weren't the only ones that had the same problem. It's was people that they wanted out. They wanted everyone to to sign a paper. We didn't sign because we wanted to know the reason why it was so high she took us to court and lied and said we were behind in our rent. When our rent paid every month on time. The maintenance man kept saying to us we can get a lot of money for it. We were taken court and she lied and said we were behind in our rent. They were taking the money out and paying the water bill which was not included in the Rent. It was paid separately. We were not aware that they were doing this. They went back two years before the owners that own it now. After they got us out they gave the home to her son. We ended up losing everything because of her. The water was always turned off without notice. She would harass people about every little thing. When you needed to talk to her she was never in. An elderly person that lived there all her life was harassed every week with letters being sent. When she had the work done they always had something to harass her about. She passed away. She was like a valture just waiting for her to pass so she could take her home. Is this the way people have to be treated it's a shame. She lived there all her life. For us they put a judgement on us because of the water bill and they were told to remove it and didn't. We were the only ones to be evicted that we know of. Others picked up and moved out.Now we are having problems getting a place.
May 17, 2024 · Linda ManfredI bought my house October 11, 2023 on the same day I sold my other house. Sara was wonderful. I thought I would have to get a hotel until all the paperwork went through but Sara stayed with me the whole time while walking me through everything. She made it an easy process and I got to move in that day. Thank you Sara for everything. 5 Stars to her.
Jun 04, 2024 · Angela KennedyDon't move in here. Rent is over $500 (got raised $100 and we haven't even been here a year. Edit: over $600 in lot rent coming Jan '25 which is more than our mortgage). Moved here because it was affordable. Not anymore. Kind of sad when tenants no sooner move in and already want out. They're constantly bringing in new homes, yet show they're only in it for the money, not the people already here. Again, don't do it. Not just me saying this either. There's others who feel the same way. And trust me, I've tried that email. Gets you an error generated email in the end. Do you truly think they care?
