Harbor Lights Manufactured Home Community Reviews
Very unprofessional. Set up a tour date to tour one of their available homes and 10 minutes before said appointment time, they canceled and rescheduled. Okay, a little frustrating but fine. Set up a new time and we showed up and waited infront of the home for 20 minutes for someone to show up and tried calling TWICE. No answer. Very unprofessional and if that is how they handle tours and how they run things? Not worth it. Especially seeing how run down and trashed the community was and how little space their was between homes, like they were trying to fit as much in this area as they could like sardine cans.Save yourselves the trouble and go somewhere else to find a mobile home community to live in.

Mar 21, 2025 · Jessica SalasBeen here for three years and made a goal to get out in hopefully two years. Quick to raise base lot rent a month early and breaking the lease, but not quick to help about the trees or huge squirrel problem they have here. A tree branch fell off n my truck which it is their tree and could have fell on my six year old. I was rudely told it’s not their problem and they are not liable for any damage. They have enough money in their budget to put new mobile homes in but not enough in their budget to keep their residents safe. My six year old is in danger and who cares right not their problem if a tree falls on her and kills her right.

Jul 18, 2023 · Mary SmillieI’ve lived here for 5 years. I was park manager for almost 2 years. This is a corporate owned park and the corporation is all about the money! How much they can make and what they can charge for. They care nothing about their residents and it’s almost impossible to get questions answered by anyone other than the park manager. The park has many homes all in a state of disrepair. There is no common area or anything that sets this park apart by making it more special than others, if anything, it’s worse. Rent increases on a regular basis and the rules are ridiculous and all about making more money off the residents who they honestly have no respect for. I’d move if I could!!!
