Jun 10, 2025 · Duane Collinsmy experience in this place day one Larry the head hoa guy followed me into town parked next to me and gave me the 3rd degree about things missing in the park...day two a resident in the main entrance was taking pictures of my face and license plate with a camera lens over a foot long. if you are new management and residents will panic. showing up on golf carts to ask who and why you are here.this is not a one time occurrence this is how they opperate on the daily. you will be stalked and harassed for just showing up to visit
Feb 16, 2024 · kevin wheelerReside somewhere else, to expensive and not appealing either. Tried to get my deposit back since July and no return of it let alone an explanation. If you decide to rent from here don't go in the hole. Ants, privacy fence down, sewer smell on occasions, limited washer and dryers. And from the looks of it they used my deposit to pave the entrance. Best of luck if you do.
