Hacienda Del Sol MHP Introduce
For many New Mexicans, finding a place to call home that is both affordable and offers a sense of community is a top priority. Mobile home parks, also known as manufactured home communities, often present a viable option for individuals and families seeking these qualities. Today, we're taking a closer look at Hacienda Del Sol MHP, a community located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our aim is to provide a clear, factual, and engaging overview for our local readers, shedding light on what it's like to live within this specific park based on publicly available information and resident experiences.
Understanding the dynamics of any residential community, especially one like a mobile home park, involves considering various aspects: its geographical placement, the services it offers, and crucially, the experiences of those who live there. As we delve into Hacienda Del Sol MHP, we'll cover these points to help you gain a comprehensive perspective. It's important for prospective residents to be well-informed, and this article will strive to offer that clarity from a local New Mexico viewpoint.
Hacienda Del Sol MHP is situated at 4301 Blake Rd SW unit 62, Albuquerque, NM 87121, USA. This location places the mobile home park within the broader South Valley area of Albuquerque, a region known for its established communities and distinct local character. The South Valley offers a blend of residential areas with access to local businesses, schools, and green spaces, providing a different feel compared to some of the more bustling parts of the city.
Accessibility to and from Hacienda Del Sol MHP is generally facilitated by its position within the city's road network. Blake Road SW connects to other significant thoroughfares, allowing residents to navigate to different parts of Albuquerque. While specific public transportation routes directly serving the park's immediate vicinity would need to be verified with ABQ Ride, its location within a developed part of the city suggests reasonable access to services and amenities, though perhaps requiring personal transportation for optimal convenience for some destinations. The area offers a more suburban feel, which can be appealing to those seeking a quieter residential experience while still being within reach of Albuquerque's urban offerings.
It is worth noting that the experience of navigating the surrounding area, like any part of a large city, can vary. Residents often appreciate the community's placement for its relative peace, a common desire among those choosing mobile home living. Proximity to local parks, community centers, and essential services like grocery stores and healthcare providers can be key considerations for those evaluating the accessibility of Hacienda Del Sol MHP for their daily needs.
Based on general information regarding mobile home parks and insights from resident feedback, Hacienda Del Sol MHP aims to provide fundamental services for its residents. While an exhaustive list of every specific service is best obtained directly from park management, common offerings in such communities typically include:
- Lot Rentals: The core service, providing plots of land for residents to place their manufactured homes. It's important for residents to understand the terms of their lot rental agreements, including rent increases, which have been a point of concern for some residents.
- Community Management: An administrative team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the park, including enforcing community rules, handling maintenance requests for common areas, and addressing resident concerns.
- Utility Hook-ups: Infrastructure for essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity is typically available at each lot, though residents are usually responsible for their individual utility bills. Resident feedback has indicated "water issues" as a recurring concern, which suggests that prospective residents should inquire about the current status of utility services.
- Common Area Maintenance: Maintenance of shared spaces within the park, such as internal roads and any communal grounds. Resident reviews suggest that the upkeep of the park itself, despite promises, has been perceived as "gone downhill with the new management."
- Rules and Regulations: A set of guidelines governing resident conduct, property appearance, and other aspects of community living. Resident reviews highlight issues with "never before heard of rules" regarding aspects like vehicle limits, indicating that understanding and clarity on park rules are crucial.
It's vital for prospective residents to thoroughly investigate and confirm all services directly with the park management, especially given the varying resident experiences.
Hacienda Del Sol MHP, like any established community, possesses certain characteristics that define the resident experience. Based on available public data and direct feedback from residents, the following can be considered features or highlights:
- Established Community: The park has long-term residents, with some having lived there for "15+ years." This indicates a history of residents making it their long-term home, fostering a sense of familiarity among neighbors.
- Quiet Environment (Historically): While recent feedback focuses on management issues, the existence of long-term residents implies that, at one point, the park offered a stable and perhaps quiet living environment that appealed to many.
- Potential for Improvement: Despite current negative feedback, the idea of "promises to improve the mhp" from management suggests an acknowledgment of areas needing attention and a stated intent for future enhancements. For prospective residents, verifying any current or upcoming improvements would be essential.
- Direct Management Contact: The presence of a dedicated phone number (505) 877-6707, suggests direct communication channels with park management are available for inquiries and concerns.
- Affordable Housing Niche: Mobile home parks generally serve as an affordable housing option in comparison to traditional stick-built homes, a significant feature for many New Mexicans seeking cost-effective living solutions in the Albuquerque area.
It is important to acknowledge that recent resident reviews highlight significant concerns regarding management practices, including "increased rent several times with promises to improve the mhp but nothing has been done," and new, seemingly arbitrary rules leading to evictions, particularly concerning "having too many vehicles." These are critical considerations for anyone exploring Hacienda Del Sol MHP as a potential home, underscoring the need for thorough due diligence and direct communication with park management to clarify all terms and conditions before committing.

Hacienda Del Sol MHP Reviews
I have friends that have lived there for 15+ years and have been evicted for stupid reasons. They are always having water issues. The management has increased rent several times with promises to improve the mhp but nothing has been done. The place has gone downhill with the new management. I Do not recommend anyone moving into this place you may be kicked out sooner than you think, or paying more then its worth.
Oct 02, 2024 · Elizabeth ConwayDo yourself a favor and DONT move here. Lived and grew up in this park for 15+ years and as soon as new management took over, never before heard of rules started being implemented. The owner/manager has passive aggressively pushed out many families for "having too many vehicles" states that only two are allowed. When we moved in it was well known there was 6 of us in the family. We all work so tell me, how are we supposed to keep only 2 vehicles between all of us??
Aug 07, 2024 · Gil MedranoHorrible management, they don’t fix anything after promising after upping the rent a couple time, rude, etc. Having family that lived here over 18 years all agree the new management sucks and made this place miserable to live in.
Jan 09, 2025 · Ahyo NuiThe new management appears to be taking trailers for owner base on reviews. The photos are incorrect this trailer park isn’t that nice and manageable is worst. Please Do Not rent or you may loss your home
