Greenway Terrace MHC Introduce
For Washington residents looking for an accessible and affordable pathway to homeownership, Greenway Terrace Manufactured Housing Community (MHC) in Vancouver, WA, offers a compelling solution. Located in Clark County, this community is designed to be family and pet-friendly, welcoming a diverse range of residents, from couples and families to active retirees. The park sits on approximately 12 acres and accommodates about 75 double and single-wide homes, creating a neighborhood environment that is both close-knit and manageable.
Greenway Terrace MHC is managed with the goal of providing residents with a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained living space. The concept of manufactured housing communities is increasingly popular in the Vancouver area, as it offers a significantly more affordable cost of entry compared to traditional site-built homes. This allows local residents to invest in a home of their own while enjoying the numerous amenities and natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
While the community aims to provide a safe and positive living experience, prospective residents should be aware that the overall resident experience can be impacted by operational challenges, as noted in some public feedback. Specifically, there have been concerns raised regarding clear communication channels for emergency maintenance issues, such as shared plumbing responsibilities, and adherence to community rules, including vehicle parking and noise control. This highlights the importance of directly communicating with the management team to understand current efforts to address these issues and ensure that the community rules are consistently enforced for all residents' comfort.
The managing company states its commitment to providing a safe, well-maintained environment and treating residents with fairness and respect. They aim to foster a community spirit where neighbors can enjoy their home life. Understanding both the advertised benefits and the ongoing operational concerns is essential for making an informed decision about living in this established Washington community.

Greenway Terrace MHC Reviews
I like living in my home, but there are no emergency numbers in case something happens that is a park issue. For example, there is an extreme clog that is causing our toilets to flood and when we try to plunge them the gross water comes up the sink and shower pipes. We called a plumber, spent $500 to find out that we share pipes with other houses. Which means it is up to the park to take care of plumbing. But there is No one to call and I have tried all the #s. Also, the # on the website belongs to a very nice elderly lady that has nothing to do with our park. I am very frustrated that there is no one to help us. I am disabled and cannot walk to anywhere to go to the bathroom. We need help now!! This seems to be the only area to contact anyone.
November 16 · Andrea PersynNothing like advertised. Lived here many years. Rules are not adhered too. Roads in the park are bad. Extremely high water usage. Loud music, loud cars, speed limits ignored. Massive amounts of vehicles parked everywhere. Scary place.
