Greenstone Estates Mobile Home Park Reviews
I have been a resident at Greenstone Estates for 12 years. During that time there has been a great number of changes in management, ownership, and the park upkeep. We now have a cohesively professional team of people who work together. They respond to concerns of residents and make a sincere effort to bring the community together. There are holiday celebrations, homemade soup on Monday , brunch on Thursday , and a food closet, all free to the residents. There are also several other celebrations throughout the year.Anyone looking for perfection can always find issues but, we have a clean, safe, and well maintained neighborhood nestled in the beautiful foothills. It is a very nice place to call home....
Mar 30, 2025 · Debra SargentiSenior park in Shingle Springs tucked back on Greenstone Road, giving it more of an "out in the country" feeling whole still being close to all amenities that both Placerville and Cameron Park have to offer. The roads can be a bit confusing inside the larger part of the park. There definitely should have been more guest parking as it can be found speraticly thru out the park, abundant in some areas and sadly lacking in others. Some residents are a bit territorial and feel they run the place overstepping their bounds often, and some have NO regard to how loud they are when they are talking to anyone who walks by their place. Overall, this would be a desirable place to call home if a senior was looking to keep some independence but still be surrounded by others their age. It's a little pricey on the space rent, but it is still a great bargain when compared to other options anywhere in this area.
Oct 10, 2023 · CI absolutely love living here based on the location and the natural surroundings. My only complaint is that the management does not take care of the property nearly as well as they should, especially given the amount of rent they collect every month.
