It's one of the nicest trailer parks I've seen and being improved more and more. A new management company/owner has taken over about a year ago and are determined to make a nice place to live. They remove around 10 homes each spring, 10 in the summer, and the same number in the fall, replacing the old ones with brand new single and double wide homes built by a major company I can't remember the name of. But the park owners buy upgraded mobile homes with features such as; blow in insulation, metal sink fixtures, double pane tilt in windows, digital thermostats, and more.

I have lived here for almost 6 years and though the quality of the upkeep and residents have improved, the ever increasing charges of living here is quickly making it cost prohibitive. Every few months, a bill is increased or added. I know it's a business, but there is a limit to how much residents can be taxed until you have an empty park.

New manager happened to drive by and told me to "move my car now". Didn't ask. Demanded me. I told my X that happens again I will be calling the owners and they better have ask new manager with in a week. Total disrespect and disregard for any human being.

They are trying to charge us $15 a month for parking...in our driveways. You cant reach anyone in the office cause the numbers dont work. They broke one of our windows last summer trimming down a tree and didnt replace it. They also never took the stumps out so we haft to continue cutting the brush growing out of them cause they never finished the job we didn’t ask for them to do. Currently raising my credit and saving to get out of here cause this place is not worth that much.
