*This is strictly my opinion based on my time spent here* Ben the manager/son of the owners lied about the water in the home smelling like rotten eggs. They dont respond when you need help, they have a old family member living in one of the units that walks around and spies on people. He, as well as the manager will come onto the property without any notice.Its also a terrible place for theft, i have had stuff stolen from the property on 6 different occasions.This is just a miniscule description of how bad this pace is, in my opinion.Again, in my opinion they act as people of God but I assure you, in my perspective that does not seem to be true in the slightest.Please, take this advise and steer clear of GreenOaks Trailer park.
