Susan (office manager) was exceptional! She was on top of returning my calls and answering any/all questions we had. She's very personable and kind.I only gave 4 stars because the rental itself doesn't have a washer hookup or normal dishwasher. The dryer hookup is located in the smallest room of a 2 bdrm. A countertop dishwasher was added, but it's really small. The rental was very clean though. I believe it will be a great first rental for my boys.

With this information, she still took separate application fees and told us that we didn't get accepted due to not having the right credit scores for their park
