Grand Valley Manufactured Home Community Reviews
This is a very clean and well maintained park. However, if it wasn't for the residents taking care of their properties it wouldn't be. The lawn service killed our back yard and put ruts in it. They are very unprofessional and sloppy. We were told that the rent doesn't go up over $20 a month. It almost doubled since we moved in 7 yrs ago. Yes, it's cheaper than other parks but they really don't offer much.
Jan 22, 2024 · Kathleen TaylorBeen here 3 years was told lot rent goes up $20.00 a year. Well last year it went up $40.00 and this year looks like it is going to be$45.00 from what I hear from my neighbors. A lot of us residents are on fixed income and are just getting by. This is ridiculous never mind the pass thru fees that go up every year by a substantial amount. Just my personal thoughts on this. Noneed to answer.
Oct 25, 2023 · Patrice HansonI was there with a friend to sell his cellphone to an employee, who wound up stiffing my friend by not answering the many text messages he was sent. how can an uncaring person like that work in such a people oriented business. I doubt he'll be there much longer anyway
