Jon is an Awesome guy! He's very nice and takes pride in his work and does it very well! He's our maintenance ma here and he's helpful! Other places should have such a great guy like Jon! If l could give him 10 stars I would! I've lived in many places and I never had any maintenance people who have a great work ethic like Jon! And he cares about making this place looking nice! So thank you for having him here! Hopefully he will get a raise in the near future

Nice, quiet place, feel very safe. Brenda, current manager is awesome and so caring and helpful to residents.Beautiful homes with nice scenery.This is our home and have no plans to move in future.Highly recommend! Thanks to all!

Under the concrete the sewer pipe is miss aligned so sewer is going into the ground has been for 5 years. I have pictures and have had Management out to look at it. Still no word . Well what can you do nothing cause nobody cares..
April 04 · Russel GregoryGreat property manager who is always willing to advocate and is very proactive and direct about any problems (I left a window open and my dog was barking at everyone). Very supportive and protective of residents who enjoy visiting in her office.. The property service was very prompt when fixing plumbing issues originating from their side of the property.Problems: slow to respond to the street's potholes, up to six month.RHP Properties and associated property investors seem to own many properties state to state and raise rent 30 bucks every year. I know that seems modest, but for many people on fixed incomes, retiring there is unrealistic. I suggest looking into their profits to see if this is fair.
