May 08, 2022 · Raphael HealeyThe tornado shelter that was promised on the lease has been closed for an extended period of time, making it inaccessible to residents. However, the property does offer amenities such as a pool and a basketball court, although the pool is exclusively for residents. Unfortunately, there is no longer a tennis court available on the premises. It would be beneficial for the management to consider making improvements to the basketball court to enhance its functionality.

May 28, 2025 · Katherine Mosley - Hensley1 main reason i chose to live here was because they offered a tornado shelter ,but tornado shelter has been closed for over a year and they refuse to fix it . They said they were not going to fix it but continue to increase rent and can’t even offer the tornado shelter they did when we first moved in.
