Jun 16, 2025 · Rylen GoldBeen renting here for about a year and a half. The owner will be rude to you.The maintenance guy revs his loud pavement princess truck every afternoon and every night – yes, even school nights.I only stay, for now, because it is near my job.
May 25, 2024 · Calliope CrowheartAs with any location, the overall appearance will depend strongly on the residents. Most of the places here were in fair shape and seemed loved. The central mail location is helpful and i would have liked to explore more but didn’t have the time. The location is great and close to some convenience stores and near the casino if you like the fun and risk with your finances. The day was warm and there were a number of people walking in or out, seeming to keep to themselves. Overall, i imagine become local inside this community wouldn’t be difficult if you are genuine and honest. And that’s the case with any move soo…Check it out to see for yourself.
Apr 07, 2022 · Tess ObenaufWent to view a mobile home there for my family and myself. The park is older and the outsides of the homes are a bit ruff. Now one the brighter side the insides are very well kept, very nice on the inside. The gentleman I spoke with (Erik) was very professional, kind and respectful and knolageable of the homes. They will work with different peoples situations to try their best to get you approved. Very nice staff I would give the staff a 5 out of 5 rating. Go see Erik tell him thomas in 62 sent you.
Feb 03, 2020 · Thomas LambDon’t move here. Don’t. Everything’s broken. Nobody is helpful. Rent is either $700 or $800 a month and this place is just filled with a bunch of trashy, rude people who fight at 2am in the middle of the street. Cops are here EVERYDAY. There’s an abundance of stray cats, skunks, and possums. The owner AND management always write down ur problems on a sticky note to pretend like they’ll fix it but then do NOTHING. $800 a month every month for them to fix NOTHING. Have told them about our AC & leal for THREE MONTHS NOW AND NOBODY HAS CAME TO FIX ANYTHING. I could be living in a HOUSE with a yard and good neighbors for less than this run down place costs me. And EVERY TRAILER IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND ANTS. The only helpful person who works/worked here is Eric. Everyone else is useless and doesn’t care to help you. Only been here a few months and they’ve hired 3 different managers and they’ve all done NOTHING. And I mean actually nothing. Their only concern is getting people to move in. They don’t care about the trailer, lot, or you once you’ve signed the lease.
