Jul 02, 2025 · Deb RundeWe have stayed in the covered wagons twice now. We love them. They comfortably sleep 4 people. Fridge and coffee bar. Clean towels and bathrooms are always very clean. Jul 01, 2025 · Joshua HuffmanGreat place to stay with kids. We stayed in a wilderness cabin, which is a cabin themed single wide. It was very nice to have a full kitchen after days on the road in hotels. Bounce pad, playgrounds, lots to do for kids. Highly recommend if you are looking for something different than your typical hotel stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Jun 18, 2025 · felizia chavezStaff was nice. Unable to fill our propane as they had lost a nozzle. No big deal. The spaces were very close on the hill. When we arrived back at out camp site the first night a pickup truck was parked on our rv pad. Driver was drunk had lost his keys in the grass. He searched for a while as we were getting ready to leave and get management he found them in the tall grass next just beside our camp site. He was visiting the camper next to us so not just a random person. However the gates are not locked at night as we returned late expecting to have to you a gate code the gate was opened each night. It was quiet until early morning when full time campers would leave to work.
Jun 19, 2025 · Stan GarrettNothing like the website makes it look. The wonderfully relaxing picture of the pool with a waterfall and slide are only for people who rent the great lodge. The mega slide has been removed, the gem mining is broken, the game room has 2 pool tables, neither have a cue ball and one doesnt have all the balls to play, the skee ball machine only has 3 balls, the basketball game has 3 balls - 2 were flat, the air hockey table wasnt plugged in. We stayed in a site with a carport which was great, but the chair/fire pit area had black widows all over it, our gate code was entered incorrectly so we were locked out after the office people left at 6pm and there was no way to get a hold of anyone after hours- meaning we tried all the numbers multiple times and no one answered or returned our call. We ended up having to wait until someone was leaving and rush through the exit to get back into the park. We were so unhappy with our stay that we decided to leave 3 days early and lose our money since they offer NO refunds. If you decide to visit, I hope your experience is 1000 times better than ours.
