Hello,I have lived on this property for 15 years and in the short few years that Ivey lane,has bought and taken over the property my rent has doubled and there is many issues that you should be be concerned about by moving here. If you don't like to sleep,or feel safe,this may not be the right choice for you. I could write a book on how little concern this property has for your safety and well being. They will most likely try to kick me off the property for posting this,but it should be known. I will start posting sheriff's reports and unanswered emails for the last few years before they try to cut me off

To me, they are striving to be the best mobile home trailer park in Brazos County, If not the best. it’s peaceful, it’s quite, and very safe. i’m happy to live in Glenn Oaks Trailer Park. I am proud to call it my home. God bless Glenn Oaks Trailer Park.
